Hello,

I am wondering if decide to move to universal credit from legacy benefits will I need to complete another disability questionnaire? I received an enhanced ongoing award of PIP both in mobility and daily living 2 years ago and I am also in the ESA support group.

Thanks

Because you are in the ESA Support Group if you were to move to UC you should be treated as having LCWRA (and receive the LCWRA element) from the start of your claim. DWP can however reassess you at any time (whether on ESA or UC).

    PIP is separate.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.
