hi ive recently being diagnosed with oestoarthritis severe in right hip i work in a childrens nursery and im finding extremely hard to work is there anything anyone can suggest

Hi @kimmyg51 - & welcome to the community. Would it be possible to reduce your hours? The other thing you could look into is 'Reasonable adjustments.' Scope has some info about that here:Hope this may help.

Hi and welcome
I would ask to be referred to occupational health for a workplace assessment in the first instance
They can then recommend any reasonable adjustments or where you should go from there
