Do I qualify for Pension Credit ?

Hi Everyone and happy Friday.
I receive a UK state pension of £400 per month and a foreign pension of £600 per month,before I start applying for Pension credit online can anyone tell me if I am already receiving too much even though my state UK pension is only £400.
