My appeal form for the tribunal got lost, so I have to do it all over again

hi all just thought id let you know what stage im at now,i have cab helping me with my case,the bloody problem i have now is the fact my appeal form for the tribunal has got lost,so i have to do it all over again,so as you can tell im not a happy bunny

May not be what you want to hear but that's why you should always keep a copy of anything you send   you could then just send them another copy rather than start again
