I had a WCA and was told I'd hear something back before my next payment in May. What does this mean?

Hi I had a work capability assessment on the phone on the 19th April I rang up today and someone has passed it to my case manager and I will here something before my next payment that’s on the 14th may I’m very confused as to what this means the lady who did my assessment on the phone said I’ve passed
