I had a WCA and was told I'd hear something back before my next payment in May. What does this mean?

Hi there
The person who did the assessment shouldn't have said that as she only makes recommendations
It is the case manager who makes the decision which is why it has been passed to them
Decisions can take around 8 weeks but that is just a guide so fingers crossed you will hear soon0 -
Ok thank you0

They will ensure your case is actioned in time for your payment, This is what the nan put in my Journal and the person that did my assessment was a health care professional.
