Hi I’ve been suffering with severe spinal lumbar stenosis for nearly 18 months and am now on the waiting list for a decompression operation to help me walk without pain. I am looking to buy a new mattress and I would be grateful if anyone could advise which would be the best for my condition. Thanks

Hi @lamiasafa I'm afraid I don't have a recommendation for you, as this isn't something I've personally looked into.
I've marked your post as unanswered so our other members are aware that your post doesn't have an answer yet.

I would suggest you talk to a occupational therapist they specialise in aids and equipment0

Sorry I can’t recommend anyone but would agree that an OT would be first port of call. Hope you sort it.0

Have you been in touch with an occupational therapist @lamiasafa?0
