Advice on finding a carer for a child with complex needs

Hi, 

Does anyone have any advice on the best place to find a reputable carer for a child with severe disabilities? We found our previous carer through our physio and she is amazing but has just told us that she is moving so won’t be able to work with us for much longer. I feel as though we are back to square one and I’m not sure where to look :-(

Any advice on where to look? Or any good agencies?

    Hi there 

    You can usually get a list of registered carers from your local council or maybe children's services as for them being good is another matter

    Does your current carer know anyone ? Or your gp surgery
