New style esa

I'm on UC and says I'm on esa still new style on the journal but i don't have ni contributions so dont know why esa new style??? I was on esa support group before i went onto UC no gap from esa...

if your previous ESA award was a mix of contribution based and income based then when you claimed UC the income based part would stop but the contribution based part would continue but now come under new style ESA rules.
