Hi everyone, Iv sent form off 2 weeks ago..requesting an Appeal. They have sent acknowledgement of same..
I am intending to search for Representation at the Tribunal.....Do I send in any additional evidence I have now..or wait until I secure Representation..and hand all this info to them? Thank you.

As I mentioned before..we are awaiting FTT for my Partner...I had wrongly thought it seems.. to wait until we received an actual date for Tribunal..and then send in all additional info...but Iv heard today..its best sending all info in now..as they then send it onto DWP..and that they 'may' change their mind on receiving it. TIA

Thank you @Username_removed....I would 'never'have thought to do this..will have a look at your link also..I rang up today..to see if I could track the Appeal...all she could tell me was that they are still working on Appeals from 2020.....Partners is only sent in April..
