Hi i lost my pip medical september 2018 i put appeal in lost that it was by phone in summer 2020. So i asked them for statement of reasons i received them dont understand them confusing got back to them tried to appeal to upper tribunal they wont let me said i could try to appeal myself got to get papers back by 29 may any advice please. thanks p.s. i was awarded 7 points need 8.regards stephen.

Hi @stephenwalker - you can appeal to the Upper Tribunal, but only if an error in law can be found in your Statement of Reasons (SOR). You would therefore need someone to look through your SOR to see if they could identify any, & if they might change your award.
