Hi, my name is L888CMR! Got a message in my journal saying I was owed money, will I get it?

I am now on the high rate for Limited work capability.
I got a message in my journal on the 5th May saying I was owed money.
My payment had went to debt mangerment to see about taking any money I owe them.
How long does it take for them to send the money to the bank.
Been reading a lot of peoples stories and now  am even more confused. Will I actually get it of they have said they owe me.

Have you heard anything further since it went to debt management? That might just be taking a little while. Possibly worth getting in touch to chase things up if it's starting to make you concerned?

My partner the same got he’s letter we actually rang debt management today amd the lady told us he doesn’t owe anything to debt management so was thinking the same how long it takes

Neither do I as far as I no. 
The letter said they would be in touch 7 days and still nothing from the 5th

Did they say why it taking so long with your partner.
When I messaged universal. They said it would was out of there hands and is down to debt mangerment.

No they just said keep checking bank if not there in a week ring up

Update after a lot of hard work they said it been issued takes five days so hopefully be any day for him now was hard work though keep on them

Did you get the payment from debt recovery? They have mine lwcra back pay how long did it take for them to release the funds

They have told us should be in tomorrow so fingers crossed
