Tribunal said they'd received response from DWP about my appeal. I haven't received my copy yet

Good morning all, I received an email yesterday from the tribunal stating that they have received response from dwp regarding my appeal, they stated that I should of received a copy of why they made the decision but still haven't received it.

Don't worry if will no doubt be on its way due to the postal delays 

You will get a whole bundle containing all info dwp have regarding your claim

Can I ask, how long did it take to receive an email to confirm they have your appeal? I’ve been waiting sometime, and I’m not sure they’ve even got it. Thanks
