How long until the money my partner is owed will be processed and in his account?

Hi my partner has now recieved he’s letter online stating the amount owed to him for underpayment from he’s health assessment all the payments have changed on he’s journal he doesn’t owe any debts to them so how long will it be till payment processed amd in he’s account please

There are no fixed timescales unfortunately we would only be guessing but it shouldn't be long if it has all been calculated a wild guess would be around a week

Thank you will he get a journal message before or just will go into bank

I think he will get a journal entry but if may ho in his bank the same day as the journal
