Hi i was awarded LCWRA in November 2018, when i was awarded it i rang the helpline who advised it was for 1, so until 2019. It is now 2.5 years and i have had nothing from the relevant authorities in regards to be reassessment. Because of this i rang them today who advised again it should have been reviewed after a year. The advisor did not really know themselves what to do going forward.
What should i do, and has anybody else come across this king of situation where they are supposed to reassessment however 2+ years later they are still waiting and receiving the benefit?

Hi there
There is no fixed assessment time for wca the timescale they quote is only a guide and you will continue to be paid until reassessed
They are currently prioritising new claims and will eventually get round to reassessment1 -
You don’t need to do anything. When they are ready to reassess you they will contact you.KS81 said: What should i do, and has anybody else come across this king of situation where they are supposed to reassessment however 2+ years later they are still waiting and receiving the benefit?1 -

Just to confirm ESA is technically an indefinite award with regular reviews, the assessed claimant will have a prognosis date in your case a year? I know many on ESA that have been extended, and have been added extra 2 years because of the covid pandemic.
yes you will be still paid until a further decision is made. Just try to relax for a while longer.0
