I got my pip then lost it got it back when i went to court loss it on 26th. February. after phone assessment. he did not looked at my health at all i got up set nothing about that at all in the report. At all even i told them i have to have a wheelchair. To get out and having. My phone sorted out for me i have apeal it just waiting. For a court date there are says. That i don't. Need anyone to go out with me even there. Have got all my hospital. report. about my brain op that i had to have done still no felling at all nothing about my scatial. at all

    I'm not completely clear on what stage you're on at the moment. Are you taking the decision to a first tier tribunal (Turn2Us) currently?
