Hi there
Well done at getting through today
They don't always give decision on the day depends on how the day is going they may be running behind
It doesn't mean anything either way
Let us know how you get on0 -
Will do I was just so confused about time scales as they kept referring to my pip assessment with the nurse but my symptoms got worse still on the time scale so don't know.0

Oh ok just they were asking about last year.0

Well done for getting through it @gg55
Was this a first tier tribunal? I believe that they usually get back to you in around 1 week, but I'm not sure how much this varies. It's also normal to be asked lots of questions, as they want to hear your side of things. I can imagine that might have felt stressful though!
Make sure you relax tonight0 -
It was so so stressful. I felt as though I was on trial, and was getting tested to trip up0

Hi got the news today I didn't win my appeal.0

Yeah me too, feel like a big kick in the teeth after all the stress and tears and divulging my problems and illnesses feel so sad.0

Have you got any pip award at all
How many points were you awarded
Just asking as if your condition has got worse it may be worth looking at a new claim or if you have an award a change in circumstances
Have think over if you could go through it all again maybe get some advice first from welfare rights0 -
@gg55 I'm sorry to hear your tribunal wasn't successful
It's entirely understandable to be feeling sad. Did you have any support from a welfare representative along the way?

As explained it was 5he decision that was made at assessment you were appealing not how you are now so that is what they take into account not the worsening since the assessment0
-
No I am getting to appeal it as an error in law0
-
Did you request the SOR and ROP within 1 month of the date of this decision? You didn't answer this question in your other thread.

I thought they look at how you were up to the the date of MR Notice, not assessment.0 -

I have citizens advice dealing with it. All I know is the upper tribunal felt there were errors in law and I am getting to appeal the appeal.
