Can I ask employer too medically retire me
Morning all I’m on too my second occupational health telephone interview, because employer is still holding on to me. Is there anything I can do I’m having to cope with chronic pain episodes and take pain relief ( opioids) to go into work and on my return from work.

Hi there
It is very hard to get medical retirement before the age of 55 especially as it means paying your pension to you for a lot longer
You will have to satisfy the criteria of the pension provider and this could involve medical assessments and access to medical records and so on
Talk to oh as this is normally a recommendation from them
Also try find details on pension provider details
If you have any further questions please ask0
