Has anyone been accepted for lcwra and received a backdated payment if so how long did it take you to get it from when you was awarded lcwra and received the award confirmation in your journal/mail? It’s been a week and I’ve had no response since being awarded lcwra

So they 100% owe you money? There is a three full assessment period waiting period from handing in first fit note.0

Hi there
As above if it is over 3 full assessment periods since you reported the condition payment I'd due in 4th month
If so your next uc payment should include payment any back pay is paid separate and this can take a while to calculate and authorise
A week isn't a long wait give it more time

Why was there a 2 year period before being awarded0

No idea but I’ve been providing fit notes since mid 2019 continuously?0

It is quite a long time. How long did you wait for a form to complete?0

I got the form back in November and I’m not sure but I think it could be cause I was always giving them 1 month fit notes and I think I remember someone saying somewhere that it needed to be a 3 month one before you was refereed but it says it will be backdated to the first fit note so I’ll assume I’d get backdated for all the 1 month fitnotes I continuously sent to the dwp?0

I thought you only had 28 days to complete the UC50 form?
I'm hoping for a similar backpayment but not that long, 12 months mine.0 -
I’ve completed the form within 28 days of receiving it o assume because of covid is why I’ve waited so long0
