Hi I wonder if anyone could help me work how many assessment period back payments I would be due , I know it’s really complicated because universal credit works on assessment periods
My universal credit assessment period was 7th December 2020 till 6th of January 2021 , I put my first sick not in on 7th of January.
I had my health assessment on 1st of June and was awarded lcwra on 4th of june , I have been awarded £346 back pay would this be correct as since 7th of January when first sick note was submitted it’s been 5 assessment periods but only may assessment Period was updated to reflect my lcwra award
