Hi, I started claiming uc in March 2020 I have had sick notes since I started claiming for mental health problems that have left me house bound since 2015. I had a phone assessment in June 2020 and got a letter saying they needed more information and would be intouch. I haven't heard anything since.
Is this normal to be waiting so long? I have tried asking on my online journal and ringing the assessment people and just keep getting told backlog because of covid but it making me so anxious, I get so anxious having to ring for a sick note every 3 months and it's constantly on my mind.
Is there anyone else I can ring to try and get some help with how long it might be
