Pretty miserable boring life, I work 30 hours a week and I am shattered all the time, already cut down from 30 hours a week and my boss is a bully as well, not understanding at all.

I'm sorry to hear your boss isn't understanding @yacker. Does the organisation you work for have an HR department? 

Have you asked for any reasonable adjustments at work?

It's good to hear you've been able to access some legal advice @yacker Have you spoken to anyone about how this has been affecting you and your mental health? I imagine that it must all be taking it's toll on you.
