Hi my partner had his health assessment Wednesday got a decision by Thursday which he's been awarded lcwra we submitted evidence in January 2020 but assessments after that kept getting cancelled due to pandemic so will he be backdated 4 months after he submitted evidence

So how long have people generally waited for any backpay it says up to 7 days

It has been taking longer than 7 days some members have still been waiting for the payment letter for over 3 weeks
