Hi, my name is TSpence67! Do I need to tell PIP that I've been diagnosed with diabetes?

    Hi and  welcome

You don't need to inform them unless it significantly affects your ability to do  the daily tasks

I also have diabetes and the main things it would affecr is taking medication and eating regular

Unless you have any long term side effects like sight loss or neuropathy

Telling them will start off a new assessment process
