Relaxing mode when in a lot of pain. Any idea?

Just wondered what everyone else uses to help your body to relax while in alot of pain..i do slow and deep breathing in and out with my eyes closed while listening to a relaxing music that I have put together on alexa ..i also use this when I am feeling anxious..it does help me a little and calms me down

    Thanks for your question. I am glad to hear breathing exercises whilst listening to relaxing music helps you. For me, I like warm baths and showers when I am in pain. Do any of our community members have any other tips for helping their bodies to relax while in pain?
