Hi I’m disabled and currently get income related esa, totally unable to work,wheelchair bound, am I entitled to claim the new type esa Thankyou

You can only claim esa if you have paid enough ni contributions in prev 2 tax years 

Do you claim any other benefits like support group,  sdp , housing benefit,  council tax reduction or pip

Hi I get dla high rate and my mum get high rate care for me, I live with my mum she’s on a basic state pension

If you haven't worked then you won't be eligible for new style esa

I hope the above responses have been helpful, it might be beneficial for you to fill out a benefits calculator to try and estimate your entitlement to benefits, however as mentioned you won't be eligible for new style ESA if you haven't paid enough contributions.
