Hi and welcome to the community
You can only claim esa if you have paid enough ni contributions in prev 2 tax years
Do you claim any other benefits like support group, sdp , housing benefit, council tax reduction or pip0 -

Hello @soundfader and welcome to the community, how are you today?
I hope the above responses have been helpful, it might be beneficial for you to fill out a benefits calculator to try and estimate your entitlement to benefits, however as mentioned you won't be eligible for new style ESA if you haven't paid enough contributions.0
