I just hate not being able to just go online and get what I need to there and then,
Yes I also understand that all personal information stays personal..? But at the moment I cannot find the PIP awarded letter which I need to send to be able to receive my blue badge and been having so much trouble on the phone trying to obtain a copy so if anyone has a easier option for me then I will be very grateful indeed...
Kind regards James

Hi there
Sorry the only way to get a copy is to phone
Try calling as soon as they open it's easier to get through
It is a good idea to keep all pip related documents in a folder or something for future use
