    Hi @mounsey - & welcome to the community. :) Try the following link to see if there's a Welfare Rights Office or Citizen's Advice near you that may be able to help you with your PIP form. https://advicelocal.uk/  Choose 'Welfare benefits' in the drop down box 'Choose an advice topic.'
    You can also ask questions here, & our members may be able to help.
