I filled in form for pip they received the form on 8th July , I’m with the hime treatment team 2–3 times a week they just said to me pip has sent the form to them to fill abit in , they said they don’t usally do that as they give me a supporting letter to send with the form

    If you put the details of the treatment team on your form then it will be why they have contacted them for further information 

    It's nothing to worry about

    Thanks yes put them down and doctors, was working home treatment team today and they said they don’t usally fill in the form
