Home treatment team have been sent Pip form to fill a bit in for me. Is this normal?

I filled in form for pip they received the form on 8th July , I’m with the hime treatment team 2–3 times a week they just said to me pip has sent the form to them to fill abit in , they said they don’t usally do that as they give me a supporting letter to send with the form
