Hi @Azmi - when you call the DWP enquiry line you aren't actually calling the DWP but rather call handlers.....you could ring 3 times tomorrow & likely get 3 different answers as to when you might receive your money. Again, if you look at the response you initially got, which says it may take 3-5 working days, if this is correct, then this is only possibly the 3rd day (as Saturday & Sunday aren't working days), so I would hang on a bit.
