@Grinchy mine was a Blu-ray copy and the pictures were great I bet the 4k copy you have got coming the pictures will be amazing enjoy it when it arrives.

Cheers @C_J, yeah i upgraded to 4k and got a new 65 inch tv and soundbar, should look good as you say, do you think you will upgrade to 4k? not for everyone i know, i'm only a recent convert

@Grinchy my TV is a 55 inch 4k TV although an older Toshiba model so I could do with upgrading my Blu-ray player to 4k but at the moment with things such as they are it's not viable at the moment but never say never things can only get better and I do fully enjoy my movies and seeing them at their best is always great.

 @C_J sounds like a great setup to watch movies on, i have a toshiba to, great tv, my 4k player is a sony model, which works well,

@Grinchy thanks I'm happy with the TV it does all I ask of it Sony are another good brand of manufacture I will keep my eyes open one may come up at the right moment I do like my gadgets as well.

@Grinchy that's a good price when Blu-ray DVD first appeared they cost a fair amount but it's the same with all new media when first launched.

I do love a bargain though.

so i love the nolan trilogy batman, got this on the way, its the4k and features a mini book on the making of the movie, its a 3 disc set

Nice I think Heath Ledger played a great joker in the movie I've always been a Batman fan enjoy the movie when it arrives a great edition to your collection.

thanks @C_J, yeah i was impressed with his Joker, i was not impressed with the robert patterson batman, walked out of that one at the cinema, just not batman to me

@Grinchy I watched the Robert Patterson Bat man a while ago I was not impressed the plot was far to dark and I really couldn't get into it at all I don't know what they were thinking when they made that movie nothing like a Batman movie at all.

So i was at a mates house today, showed him my latest 4k and he had another one of the trilogy in the same style, so he let me have it for a decent price, very chuffed with it, just need begins now
