@chiarieds hi my dear friend I’m so scared there’s devil like creatures outside and there talking to me xx0

Close your curtains and ring your crisis team. I know it's easier said than done but try to keep calm, nothing can hurt you.0

Would it help if you put some music on? Remember you're safe, just not so good at the moment.....phone your team & tell them as they are there to help. Tell yourself, 'I am safe.'0

My nurse is on her way0

Hello @cupcake88
That must be frightening for youDo you have anyone at home with you to talk to? And, have you seen these kind of things before? What helped you cope last time, if you have?
I want you to know, from us, that you are completely safe. There's nothing about that can hurt you and you are in your lovely, cosy home, nice and protected. The best thing you can do now is contact the Home-Based Treatment Team who look after you so they can explain what might be happening and help you feel less scared and anxious. Do you have the number for your named nurse or care-coordinator? If so, give them a little call now.If you can't get through and are worried about your safety or feel like you might hurt yourself, then please tell someone who you trust or call 999 and ask for an ambulance immediately.
I'm going to send you an email to see if there's anymore we can do, but know we are all here for you and these thoughts and visions will pass very soon

Hi every one just a update my nurse came out to see me I was so distressed I begged her to take me to the hospital and we all know how much I hated the hospital last time . She said it wasn’t the right place for me I needed to be at home and take my medication that doesn’t work I don’t think . She called the team she spent like 40 mins in her car on the phone and they decided that hospital isn’t for me and there’s no beds . I personally think there’s just no space in mental health hospitals local and they didn’t want to send me far away because that would make me really ill being far away .I hated hospital but at least I got to see a psychiatrist every day part from weekends there’s nurses there 24/7 . In the community I have to wait 3 weeks to see my psychiatrist and that’s a emergency appointment. My nurse only works part time they have duty nurses but you never get a call back . I must admit my nurse has really been there for me this week making 3 special Trips to come see me when she does have other patients as well .I was given some thing to calm me down a high dose of diazepan sorry if I worried any one yesterday thanks for the support xxx3

So long as you're alright @cupcake88 - that's all that matters.

There's no need to apologise @cupcake88, we'd much rather you reach out for support and let us know what's going on
I can imagine it's frustrating when you know what support you could benefit from, but it's not always available. It does sound as though your nurse is making an extra effort, which is good. Are you on the waiting list to see your psychiatrist for an emergency appointment now?
How are you feeling so far today?
