I scored 9 points on daily living will the dm go with the report

I applied January 28th
Telephone assessment July 5th
Copy of report July 15th
Letter saying dm has everything they need July 19th

I scored 9 points on daily living can the dm mark the points up higher 
Or can they mark it lower?
