Hi Mark yes had assessment over three weeks ago , I phoned them Friday to get assessment report sent out and they said 7/10 days for it to be sent out but said a progress report was sent out Friday but not received it yet . Thank you

Yes it will just be the assessment report that they have sent you, not a progress report, the assessment report will show you what the health care professional has recommended. 

Eventually you will receive a letter with the decision makers decision.
