What does it mean when a claim can't be validated, and will remain suspended and under review?

Hi Everyone we apply for universal credit in June last week we received a message in my journal Risk view agent saying thank for uploading your documents unfortunately your claim cannot be validated It will remain suspended and under review can anyone tell me what does it mean thanks in advance

During last year all the checks that are normally carried out at the start of the claim were suspended in order to be able to process the volume of claims. DWP are now working through all claims doing documentary checks. Unfortunately it is impossible for us to know what UC are concerned about - only they can tell you.0
