If I get my backdated esa money before my UC deadline does it mean I won't get my UC payment?

Hello everyone hope your well. Just have a quick question after receiving LCWRA for many health reasons so I'm on UC and ESA spoke to a lady on the phone from ESA she told me i was getting backdated money i am owed thats great. But if i get it before my UC deadline does this mean i wont get my UC payment ? Thank you

The backpay will not affect your normal uc payment that is why it is paid separate1 -

Unfortunately DWP can get in a muddle over this. You will get arrears of ESA. You may also get arrears of UC and in many cases UC will overpay you in which case you will then owe them money.
When UC recalculate your entitlement they will produce new monthly statements which will overwrite your old statements. If you want a record of how your previous payments were calculated you should take a record now.1 -
