I know you can get a copy of pip report but can you also get a copy of wca report?
Do you have to request it or is included in the decision letter?
The decision was posted on my journal but no info on points scored.
Thanks for any help.

You can request it. It will not be sent to you unless you request it. LCWRA decision letters are very poor precisely because they don't tell you how you scored but, of course, the Decision Maker may have scored you differently to the report.1

You can ask for a report I’ve been trying all day to contact the correct place. Uc say they only receive the points and there for don’t know what the report says. I got given a million different phone numbers and in the end got given an email address to ask for a copy so waiting for a reply.Email rightofaccess.requests@dwp.gov.uk1

Been getting the same conflicting info...uc say they don't have it gave me health assessment number who said 'don't know why they give you our number we don't have it'
Going to try the email you suggested, did you hear back at all?0 -
Hey, no I haven’t managed to get a reply just yet I seem to be getting the same response as you. I’ve had no email back. I’ve called health assessment services today and got told to request it online and uc should keep giving people that number because they have had numerous calls regarding reports. she told me uc 100% have the report but I can’t get through on the phone.
ive done the request online if you google “right of access request” it will come up on gov.com and you can fill in a form for the report.Let’s hope this works!0 -
Thanks @nikimarie
Yeah I emailed that addy, thanks for that
I put a note in my journal asking for it...not holding my breath...lol0 -
Hopefully you get a response quickly, if I hear anything I will let you know. I’ve left messages on journal emailed called various numbers and now requested it via online so hopefully someone knows what there doing somewhere.0

I’ve just had a message on my journal stating my report has been posted today from uc. So it definitely does come from uc fingers crossed it actually turns up!0

Does anyone know if you can use it as supporting evidence for PIP, I know you can't use the PIP one for UC just curious1

this is what I’m wanting mine for. I know it’s totally different ect but surly it can be used as supporting evidence along with other evidence. I’ve had 2 medical assessments recently so I’m hoping it will help a little as mine states I’m not going to get any better. Hope this helps0

Yay I finally got my medical report!
But it doesn't tell me what points were scored where...
Just advice, prognosis and justification of advice...
Still I'll be shoving a copy of it in my pip review claim...
Also does anyone know what 113 and FRR4 means regarding evidence considered?1 -
Hi @Cress. Glad you've managed to get a copy of your report. I believe the 113 is usually sent to your doctor for more information and FRR4 is usually completed by the assessor after they've spoken to either the claimant or one of the claimants medical contacts (such as GP or specialist you've listed).

Oh right, thanks for that

I also have also received a couple of copies of my medical report, which also had no points on.. Can you use this as evidence for pip? As it is very recently taken.. I’m about to post my pip form. I know it’s separate from uc but it is all dwp and makes sense for you to be able to use it. I’ve read online they are supposed to be combining the 2 separate assessments in the near future.0

I read the same @nikimarie
That's what I wanted mine for, to include with PIP form.0 -
UC told me on the phone last week they don't accept PIP reports as supporting evidence but I am not sure if you can use WCA as supporting evidence for PIP. To me it's all DWP . Hopefully someone soon will correct me if that's not the case.0

I was thinking the same0
