Why do I have to complete a review form when nothing will ever change?

I want to know why I have to fill a review form in for a young lady in my full time care who has a learning disability and nothing will ever change, my form definitely went missing and now we are going to loose out on a car because I haven't got 12 full months of eligibility, they're are no motorbility cars available because of covid but one place had ordered two by mistake and I need the decision letter ASAP, it wouldn't be so bad but she has got a place in a daycare centre waiting on this as she can't go out on her own we need a car asap

.Maybe ask social services if she can have funding for transport at least until her claim is resolved.
My son used to have a taxi and **** take him to and from services.
I'm sure others here will be able to offer further advice.
Good luck and Welcome!
Also as my son had a condition that was never going to get better on changing from DLA to PIP he was given a ten year light touch review award.
Maybe they will do the same for the lady in your care ...0 -
Hi and welcome
Unfortunately the majority of people are subject to review even like myself who has condition that will never change eg amputee and partially sighted
As for the car there are other temp solutions as mentioned like taxi, community transport scheme or does the day centre have a pick up service
Hopefully she will be awarded the enhanced mobility to be eligible for the car
