Driving License: https://www.gov.uk/apply-for-your-full-driving-licence
Vehicle? Mobility vehicle? https://www.motability.co.uk/0 -
To have a vehicle through motability you need to be receiving Enhanced mobility PIP or DLA high rate mobility. AA doesn't qualify you for a mobility vehicle because it has no mobility part.

To answer your threads question: PIP = Personal Independance Payment, DLA = Disability Living Allowance and AA = Attendance Allowance they are all different benefits. If you have a question about motoring, maybe get this thread moved the correct place for others to find it easily. To answer your question and to fully help you we will need some further information, Have you already passed your driving test? are you in receipt of any benefits i.e High rate mobility. Was your driving license revoked due to a medical condition? if so you need to request a D1 application pack from DVLA, you can find out more here: https://www.gov.uk/reapply-driving-licence-medical-conditionTo better assist you we would need more information.0
