how do I apply for my full driving license and my vehicle
please help me

    To have a vehicle through motability you need to be receiving Enhanced mobility PIP or DLA high rate mobility. AA doesn't qualify you for a mobility vehicle because it has no mobility part.

    Hi welcome to the community,

    To answer your threads question: PIP = Personal Independance Payment, DLA = Disability Living Allowance and AA = Attendance Allowance they are all different benefits.

    To answer your question and to fully help you we will need some further information, Have you already passed your driving test? are you in receipt of any benefits i.e High rate mobility.
