Is entering full time education a Change of Circumstances?

Would entering into full time education be considered a change of circumstances, e.g would I have to report it in my online journal? Also, how long after the course starts do you have to report the change before being penalised for it? (If it’s something you have to report?).

You must report it. If the education is advanced education any student loan your receive, or are entitled to even if you do not apply for it, will be taken into account as income (assuming you meet the conditions to continue to receive Universal Credit at all).
