hi all i iam a bit worryed about my refnew form for my pip as i send it back my special d and today i get a letter saying that reminder to send it backi did on the 20 th aug

The letter you received is an automatically generated letter sent to everyone when they haven't received any forms by a certain date.

Sending mail by recorded delivery doesn't mean they've arrived and been added to the computer and they're not classed as arriving until this has happened. It means it's been signed for by someone from Royal Mail. There's currently huge backlogs of mail going to DWP so it could take a few weeks for them to receive anything you send. They know about the backlogs so should allow extra time for this.
