Hi and welcome to the community to you and popcorn
Feel free to join in or ask any questions -
Welcome to the community @MA30 You put your other post onto the activity wall. It's not the wrong place as such, but posts into one of our categories are more likely to be seen by other members.
Popcorn sounds lovely! Is he a troublemaker?
It's great that you enjoyed doing some yoga today! I had a quick Google and found the following:- Gentle yoga class in Preston (Parasport)
- Yoga classes in Lancashire on Yoga Hub - you can use the filters to find classes that are more gentle, or to find chair yoga classes
You could also get in touch with your local leisure centre to see if there are any classes running there. -
Thank you everyone for your kind help as you can tell never done this before post ended up somewhere else oops, Popcorn is full of energy dives on me in the morning no chance of a lie in,
I have been living independently for almost 4 years lost my mum in Dec to alzheimer's Dads just about coping. I'm so glad I have joined, at least when I feel low I can have a chat, I'm not doing to bad today, thanks again -
Hello @MA30 - welcome to the community, & thank you for joining. I posted this link to some adaptive exercises last year, including yoga, which I think you might also enjoy.
