MR successful

Today, I received a phone call, asking questions such as GP’s name, had I been abroad, in prison or hospital, bank account (any changes) I was then told MR had been successful. I honestly didn’t think this would happen, but I couldn’t have gone ahead with the MR if it hadn’t have been for all the information I’ve received on here, and from @Username_removed. So, thankyou to each and everyone of you that advised me.
Those still waiting on a decision, I hope this gives you some hope.

Thankyou everyone. I was so excited that when the lady mentioned receiving the letter in about 10 days, I completely missed what she said about when payment would go in. ??♀️??♀️0

Hi Leigh14. Great news I'm so pleased for you. Can you tell me how long you had to wait for MR. As I've been waiting 6 weeks and haven't heard anything yet. Many thanks1

Hi can I ask is it back dated to when you originally applied or is it only back dated to when you requested MR ?0

Thankyou. For the MR, I waited exactly 12 weeks. Good luck with yours.susie121 said:Hi Leigh14. Great news I'm so pleased for you. Can you tell me how long you had to wait for MR. As I've been waiting 6 weeks and haven't heard anything yet. Many thanks0 -
Seriously, you absolutely should take the credit. I read so many threads that you’d replied on, including mine, until I knew exactly what needed to be done. I screwed up on the PIP form, but thought I’d explained myself fully during the assessment.Username_removed said:
I’m taking zero credit. Ultimately you did the work.Leigh14 said:I couldn’t have gone ahead with the MR if it hadn’t have been for all the information I’ve received on here, and from @Username_removed. So, thankyou to each and everyone of you that advised me.

So credit it where it’s due. Many thanks to you.
Found out today that from only getting 4 points on mobility, MR have given Enhanced, it still hasn’t quite sunk in.0 -

I admire your humility.
I have a question.
I had a Tribunal decision hearing 2 months ago to decide if my appeal would be admitted out of time. I did not hear anything but rang yesterday to be told my file is with the Admin Manager, who is liaising with the Judge. I am so confused as they refused to give me more information.0 -

Well done and well done all who helped and supported the OP X0

As previously advised to you in this thread here. https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/comment/443077#Comment_443077 It's a Mandatory Reconsideration. This is when you ask DWP to look at a decision again if you're not happy with a decision you've had.
