well my RN got turned down so off to appeal it is my question is it. Normal for DWP to contact me before the actual tribunerl takes place

HI,RN? I'm assuming you mean MR (Mandatory Reconsideration) It's unusual for DWP to offer an award before a hearing but it can happen. You should expect your hearing to take place and the current waiting times are between 11-16 weeks depending on your area.0
