Good morning and I hope everyone is well.
They have received my written report. I want to see what it says now because if it isn’t what I want to hear then i have plenty of time to work on my case to send to MR. I am worried but I’m not letting it take over like the phone call did. Just want to be prepared..
what number do I ring and what do I say to them? What do they say to me? Just want to be in the know.
btw my assessment call was on Friday. Do I still need to wait a week to be able to ask for a copy?

The number to ring is 0800 121 4433 which is DWP/PIP. Just ask for a copy of the assessment report to be sent to you. They will either agree to send it or refuse. If they refuse you can try ringing again to speak to a different person. Please remember the report is not the decision, it's part of your evidence used to make a decision.1

@poppy123456 Thankyou. Why do some refuse? And yeah hopefully all will be ok. But you never know. If I’m prepared it calms me. Xx0

Because they don't agree that it should be sent before the decision is made. It does cause some people even more anxiety especially if it's not what you're expecting to read.
