Hi and welcome to the community

Back pay is made as a separate payment and they will need to calculate your payment this can take a while

You should be paid from the 4th assessment period after you reported the medical condition

    HI,
If you've been found to have LCWRA then there's a 3 full month assessment period waiting time. The extra money is then paid from the 4 month of your claim starting from when you first reported your health condition. Whether they owe you any money will totally depend on those exact dates.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
