PIP is not about a diagnosis, it is about your ability to carry out a prescribed set of activities. See
    https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/personal-independence-payment-pip/pip-points-system

If you are constantly struggling to breath I would expect atet you do struggle with some of these activities so may qualify but only you know how you are impacted.

Hi @koysur :) As poppy123456 has said, you'll need to take a look at the PIP descriptors to see if you might be eligible. Try and think of a few real-world examples for each descriptor you think relates to you, and go from there.

Are you receiving enough support from your medical team to help you manage the symptoms of your asthma? It seems as though it's impacting your life quite a lot.

I can see from your post on my wall that you're on 2 types of inhaler, steroid nasal spray, antibiotics, and a hayfever tablet repeat prescription @koysur. Is your doctor aware that you're still experiencing quite bad symptoms, despite being on these treatments?
