Hi,
12 weeks wait for MR result
I've had a payment in my bank which works out at standard rate mobility, was hoping for higher rate. I also get standard rate disability. Don't know if it's worth going to a tribunal and don't know what that would entail. ? I'll have to wait for my award letter to see what points I got, I originally got 4 points for walking a measured distance.

Hi @effie678 I'm sorry to read that you might not have received the MR result you were hoping for.
To further understand tribunals, you might find this page on the Turn2Us website helpful.
I'd also encourage you to seek some expert advice, if you haven't already, before making a decision. You can find local expert advice on advicelocal.uk.
I hope it's not too long until you receive your Mandatory Reconsideration Notice so that you can see where you're at and whether you'd like to appeal. -
Thank you, I'll have a look at the info

HiI scored 10 points on the mobility part and it's a 10 year award. I'm thinking about going to tribunal but have no idea where I would go from here or whether I should be satisfied with what I have awarded.

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Thank you ?
