What does it mean when tribunal say to be referred on an interlocutory basis?

What does it mean when tribunal say to be referred on an interlocutory basis does it mean interim etc?  Thanks

    Ok thank you Username_removed for explaining. Hopefully nothing to worry about; just got a piece of paper needing more information by a certain date then passed on that basis but will advise outcome when I get it.
