If you have a disability /long term health condition you could be entitled to a disability travel pass /bus pass. Contact your local council to find out who issues disabled bus passes in your area as part of the English National Concessionary Travel Scheme. You’re eligible for a disabled person’s pass if you live in England and are ‘eligible disabled’.

thanksNo, it's not this one. The one in the link is the disabled person's bus pass. More information here in this link, including information about disabled person's rail card.Criteria for the bus pass will totally depend on your local Authority.0
