Hi
I'm new here and also newly diagnosed with fibro. Have recently divorced and started a new job.
I'm new here and also newly diagnosed with fibro. Have recently divorced and started a new job.
Luckily my symptoms are not unbearable and there are others who are much worse. However brain fog, forgetfulness, constant tiredness/sleepiness, stiffness, some pain and inability to regulate body temperature seems to be me!
I'm contemplating the "Sunflower lanyard" for work and possibly a sunflower badge/brooch for daily wear.
I'm trying to take every day as it comes and I'm learning to pace myself. Not an easy thing to do!
As Dory says "just keep swimming" ......
